Although this company may provide you quality work, do your due diligence and be sure to get multiple estimates. The Munz estimate came in nearly DOUBLE the cost of EVERY local company's estimate for the EXACT SAME roofing materials and service. Plus, their sales technique was EXTREMELY high pressure... I would just skip the "big name" companies to avoid aggravation if I had to do this again.

We just had our roof installed by Munz this week and we are very pleased with the work. The team was easy to work with from the initial inspection through the installation. Clean-up of our property was great. My only complaint, and it is not a little one, is that the areas of our attic that are used for storage are a total mess. We had the entire roof ripped off including old cedar planks and the debris that dropped into the attic is extensive. Luckily, we tapped plastic over our belongings, although this was not based on Munz's recommendation, but still we are left with hours of difficult cleaning to do. I simply don't understand how this is considered standard - to not have a system for containing and cleaning the mess like every other kind of contractor handles. I certainly understand that it would take time and work hours that would need to be paid for, but this was not even offered. At the very least Munz should be more forthcoming with clients about how bad a mess it will be and the very best way to prep the area to minimize the clean-up. All that being said, the roof installation itself was great and I would recommend Munz to my neighbors.

Impossible to get someone out to my house. When they finally show up they quote me 44,000 to redo the roof and gutters with another 2,000 for side fascia. Called me two weeks later trying to convince me to have them work for them and when I explained I had more reasonable offers they tried to attack the quality of work I was presented by other companies. Personally not for me. Wouldn’t have left review if the person who called me wasn’t rude.

I called the company to see if someone could come out immediately because the siding had torn from the strong wind. The secretary received the request and expedited the call to Mr. Chase. Mr. Chase contacted me less than an hour before the expected arrival time. Mr. Chase access the damage, made a couple of phone calls and before you knew it, the team were onsite. He explained how the windows were made and how the windows warranty could transfer to a new buyer if we ever sold the house. That was something the other companies did not offer. It is my pleasure to write a positive review about Munz roofing.Back story- on a Sunday, I discovered a fairly large water issue in a rarely visited attic space of my mother’s very old home.I called Munz the following day (Monday) based on reputation and reviews and requested an estimate.The following day (Tuesday), Pat Trampe came and gave us an evaluation/ estimate. This included email/ text updates of his arrival including his photograph for security reasons. We agreed to the pricing and a deposit was given.The following day (Wednesday) the dumpster and all materials were delivered to the house.Thursday was raining so they came and began the work on Friday… completing the job on Saturday. The project managers Eric Goode and Sabio Alcides were great. I received calls throughout the 2 day job with updates.6 days from first call to completed roof replacement ! The house looks great. And we are left with the confidence in knowing that should we discover any issues, we can reach out to Munz to get things figured out.I’d happily recommend Munz to friends and family if they are in need of roof work. The communication was impeccable and the ease of doing business was refreshing.

What a scam of a company! Wasted my whole day with an outrageous quote that was more then half of three other quotes I got from local roofers. My fault for looking into what and who this company was. Do more research and get more quotes before you sign anything with them!! And too add once the sales rep and his boss found out I was not going with them there whole attitude changed and started being short and giving me attitudes.

We had a very small leak so we called Munz. Sales person (James) came out and told us our entire roof needed to be replaced without actually stepping foot onto the roof. The roof is 7 years old and he called it “shoddy work”. When we told him multiple times that we’d have to think about the 16-20k quote given to us, he overstayed his welcome by repeatedly telling us “well you need a new roof so what are you going to do when it rains?” Even though 15 minutes prior told us they were booking out 6+ weeks…unless we signed that day then of course they’d be out next week. Ultimately had a second company come out who actually went onto our roof and was able to quickly find out it wasn’t a roof problem at all, and was a small siding issue that was replaced in under $800. Can’t in good faith recommend a company like this.

Ruined our coal stove pipe coming out of the chimney. Never sealed the pipes. The roof is so thin my son, who’s a general contractor, almost fell through. Was charged $120.00 for the thin plywood that is splitting in 2. Marc said he has the receipt for our account at Home Depot but haven’t seen it yet. Main office was supposed to call me Monday about this matter. It’s now Wednesday no phone call. Don’t use them. They lie to you to get your business and do crappy work.

In good conscience, I cannot recommend this company., our job was a major job....roof replacement, siding replaced, and 3 windows replaced. The workers did a nice job but I need an order # for the window warranties. No one can give me the info. Apparently, all the jobs were put in a package and the stickers that should have been left on the windows were removed by the installer. Our project manager was a 19 year old kid who was never on the site.

Aidan Moffitt is, by far, the best Project Manager I have ever worked with. He is a great listener, takes on any challenge with calm resolve, and gets the job done--no matter what. He is diligent, dedicated to excellence, and respectful. However, the company Munz Roofing truly let me down: a 2-day job turned into a 6-day job because a) they didn't deliver the correct amount of product to the site, ran out of materials, sent their 5 workers home and then sent 2 very slow workers who took days to complete the job; b) they broke 2 of my gutters and had to fix them; c) they put a big hole in my wooden deck and had to replace board; d) when they finally "finished" the job, i looked out my window and discovered a section of the roof that they'd not even completed, so they had to come back again to do that; e) and there were several other minor things they broke along the way, including a floor board on my front porch, a spotlight on my front yard, and a dent in a gutter in the front of my home. While replacing my roof, they also ripped off paint and wood on my window dormer, so I now need to hire a professional to fix all of that, since they refused to do so. While I recommend Aidan Moffat as a manager, I sadly do not recommend Munz Roofing any longer.

My wife and I hired Munz for a roof. Our roof was a 41 year old mess. They did such a great job we decided to also have them side our home. The whole shebang. Our ugly little green house is now one of the nicer looking ones on the block. They did such good work. The dormers look great, no waves like I had on my old siding. The color is awesome. Changes depending on the light. The look is great. The warranty is great. The price was great. This day and age if you don't do quality work your not going to be around long. Munz been around!

I cannot in good faith recommend this company. They took over 6 months to start our siding project after a down payment. I received absolutely no communication in this time. Literally not one call. Almost impossible to reach someone in office, and when that happened, they had no idea what was going on with our project, because of such a high employee turnover. I never spoke to the same employee twice. Once threatened with legal action, they finally started the project. I found many issues during the install. Fortunately I was home to point these out. Covering rot with plywood/flashing the wrong direction and straight up sloppy work. I had no issue calling out the subbed employees on there mistakes. Wrong front door installed, not allowing room for a screen door. Tried talking there way out of replacing it with correct door and too another 4 weeks to replace it. Absolutely terrible experience. I paid ALOT of money for premium experience and received nothing of the sort. Stay far away!

The roof experience with Pedro Garcia and his crew was more than a 5 star project. I can only give Munz a 2 star rating, for these reasons. They install your gutter guards, over top of clogged gutters. How does this help protect the new roof. It’s a chance for water damage caused by clogged gutters. In my book that’s not a top notch company. If there was a price to clean the gutters then they should have said something. We would have paid it. It’s 20 past 10, the next day and the gutter guard crew still hasn’t showed up. We didn’t think this was quality service. Not sure why my review isn't appearing from a week ago. I was told by the person that was sent out to see what my leak was from that I needed a whole new roof. $17,000 lowest priceThat (There is no band aid to temporarily fix it) I had another company come out i the next couple days ( this time it wasn't a salesman but a roofer) he said I need a plumber there is a leaking vent seal. He said no issues with anything else. He actually walked around my whole attic and this was on a rainy day. Plumber came he confirmed the seal problem all fixed.... I feel taken advantage of. How am I to know I don't need a new roof other than getting other quotes. Indont want this to happen to someone else. That's why I am writing this review again since it didn't post last week.

I can’t say enough good things regarding my experience with Munz Roofing. I had contacted several roofing companies for quotes, only to get answering machines and no return calls. I was pleasantly surprised to have a live person answer when I contacted Munz Roofing. Even more surprising was that a sales rep was available to visit the same day! Jeff Lewis was that sales rep, who proved to me he genuinely understood my needs, and was completely knowledgeable about the products and process for the roof replacement on my detached garage. He wasn’t pushy or condescending, which I greatly appreciated. The materials and dumpster were delivered the day before the job was scheduled. Freddy Vallecillo was the Project Manager. He and the team arrived on time, ready to go. I walked the loft with Freddy, in agreement with what plywood should be replaced. He was a pleasure to deal with, as were the roofing team. I was truly pleased with the experience, from beginning to end. I highly recommend Munz Roofing!

I was very disappointed with my experience. Maryanne who came to my home to talk about the work I wanted done (replacing shutters and bird proofing shutters) made me feel very comfortable only to learn that I was mislead. She said that bird proofing was standard in their shutter replacement, which was 100% not the case. She also said I could expect my shutters replaced within 5 business days (which I thought was crazy but she assured me it was the case) and ofcourse that wasn’t anywhere close to the true timeline. She would say she was coming to collect my deposit and would never show up or call or text to communicate why she didn’t come or to reschedule a time to pick up the check. When she finally did show up, she said they have bird be gone which is an oil I’d have to hang out my 2nd story window to put on the windows on a regular basis and I could buy it at Home Depot. She said I could use that until the shutters were replaced. Turns out she meant that was all that was being suggested to keep the birds away, and when Freddy arrived to replace my shutters he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about with something permanent to keep the birds away and neither did the office when I called them to complain. Maryanne then said that that’s why she gave me the information about the bird be gone? She said to make up for the miscommunication she would come out and show me how to apply the bird be gone. She never showed for her scheduled appointment to do that ofcourse. Freddy who replaced the shutters was incredibly professional and did an excellent job. But I have never had such miscommunication with a company I’m paying good money to do work in my home, however, and because of Maryanne’s complete lack of professionalism and integrity I will never use this company again and am very disappointed with the final product as I already have birds nesting behind 2 of my shutters.

Hello I have to say I met two young men from this company and it is like I was at a family reunion James and is "ride along" were the coolest I was introduced by way of a highway stop light by a very handsome young man. I was able to get the ball rolling on getting my project started and the visit as I said family reunion great visit I look forward to getting the project done since Union Roofing ripped me off so this is going to be worth it to show Union Roofing the proper way to lay a bloody roof. The mess they left was horrible and they thought they did a great job. But now that I have real professionals doing the job can't wait to show off my beautiful end result. The crew that came out to put up the siding on my house was fabulous. They were quick and the cleanup was spotless, however, I was not at all happy with my salesman, James Bittenbender. He was the worst communicator. He told me he was in touch with my insurance adjustor and would keep me in the loop as he felt I was not given enough money for the wind damage to my siding. 10 weeks later this guy just would not call me back with updates. I feel he got his commission and forgot about me. I left a 2 messages for James' manager to call me and this guy didn't call me back either. The person who installed my windows was very focused on the job and I believe he was very skilled. If I could give Munz roofing 10000 stars I would. It was one of the BEST decisions I ever made for my home. I originally called for a quote and I was met with a friendly phone call from Maryann who wanted to confirm our appointment. She really put me at ease, answered any questions over the phone, gave me tons of information and was coming out to see me that same day. Maryann was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She didn't rush me and took the time to show me samples. The next day I still had some questions and things to review so she came back along with her boss, Mike. I was very impressed that he took the time to drive the distance to come inspect things for himself. He was wonderful and treated me as if I was his own family. They both sat with me and talked me through every single decision of the process. Both of them really went above and beyond. If it wasn't for them I feel like my decision wouldn't be as informed. I ended up having multiple chimneys taken out, getting a new roof and gutters. The Munz employees/ team who did the roof were also top tier. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. We have had problems with the flat roof on our addition for years. Whenever it rained, we would get 2" of water on top of it and it would not drain. Munz Roofing replaced our flat roof, contouring it so the water flows to the downspout. Now the water drains off the roof.The crew worked fast and left our backyard as clean as it was before they arrived. We are very pleased with the new roof put on by Munz.

I decided to hire your company for the good reviews from other clients. To my disappointment, my experience wasn’t good at all. The two stars belong to Jenn and the roofing crew.The job was completed without a project manager, the roof crew did not receive all the necessary materials to complete the work until I asked for them.The siding crew didn’t even knock on the door to tell me they were there to do the work. Secondly, the lack of communication was the biggest issue. I have no idea what the state of the existing siding and the material behind it was. It was not communicated to me, despite the contract stating if it’s in bad shape, they will replace it. It became clear to me that some things weren’t right from the conversation the contractor was having on the phone. I don’t know who it was or what the problem was. I know that something wasn’t right because the contractor said it was wet; the only thing they did was rip the old siding, take out the protective material, wrap it up with the different protective material, and place new siding.I am unsure if the missing project manager would have impacted my experience, but I can’t recommend the company to anyone. I feel like they took advantage of me.

Roof leaked because they forgot to caulk around bathroom roof vent in October 24 of 2023 but was caulked today Jan 4 so I will see if any leak with the next heavy rain we get now in Jan 2024 . I’m still waiting for the photos from Oct 24 and Nov 16 . I called Brian who is like an aggressive used car salesman and even though photos were taken( cameras on house ) he denies it . I had a loan for my roof but even with excellent credit it was a high 10% interest loan over ten years . I asked for a lower rate because of my excellent credit scores but was not given it . For 15K I was hoping all the old wet rotted roof wood boards were replaced but not all were just some of them . Roof shingles are nice looking . I picked a pretty pattern for my roof . November 2023: I absolutely cannot in good conscience recommend Munz Roofing and Siding to anyone. They seemed knowledgeable which was important to me, sadly they were not. The salesman missed multiple basic items, the crew was helpless without a supervisor on site if something went wrong, and a supervisor was rarely on site. I received poor communication in all things. It took them over a week to have the dumpster removed and over a month to remove the unused materials. They installed a threshold on my front door that is already lifting and has become a safety hazard.They caused actual damage to my house (I.e. a large hole behind my downspout) and told absolutely no one. The downspout was also installed very short. I had to go out and repurchase a downspout extender as they had taken the liberty of throwing away the one I had previously.The house looks nice, but I have no confidence in its quality or longevity.It was horrible experience for a first time home owner.ETA: 4/19/2024 Bryan sent a crew out to fix the known issues.

If one cannot understand my parallel to an automobile listen up: I want a reliable roofer to fix my leak. I do not want nor need a new roof. If you are going to council me on a new roof, it would be best if you would get onto the roof you are evaluating. You simply cannot do this any other way. The person who visits your home to fix or sell you a new roof SHOULD be the person that is present on the day the work gets done. If the person who sells roofing services is different from the person that does the work, you will end up with a product that is inferior.

Updating my review but leaving the original to share that this company did the hard task of apologizing for their scheduling issues and we ultimately decided to use them for our project. They just wrapped up, and Bryan was very accessible throughout the work. So far so good!I scheduled a quote visit and they didn't show up and rescheduled without any notice to me just an automatic text after they no-showed. Then the owner called me when that visit was supposed to occur claiming he wanted to send his partner instead of son. Rescheduled again and they didn't show up yet again. What a waste of time.

Munz Roofing were professional and very responsive. After noticing some issues with my roof, and speaking with more than a few businesses we decided to go with Munz. Their representative Jason Booth was extremely helpful, he even waited for the rain to stop so he could go and inspect our roof. Jason was not trying to push a huge sale, or sell us on something we didn't need. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jason helped make it happen. The price was very reasonable, and was the best quote for the same type of roof we had seen from competitors. After our meeting with Jason our new roof was installed a week later. The install went smoothly. The install was complete in a day ( new roof on house, garage, and reshingled a bay window). The crew also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. We were happy with our roofing experience with Munz Roofing. They were very professional, on time, and the workers were skilled at their jobs. Roofing was done in one day and they did a beautiful job even adding an important detail at our request. Cleanup was done promptly and o damage to the property was seen. I recently had my roof redone by Munz. I was extremely satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Jason Booth was my sales rep and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, honest, and checked in with me regularly as we scheduled the work. The team that showed up to do the work were also great. They did an amazing job and were very nice people! We have been using the services of Munz since about 2001 mainly for roofing needs on homes we have owned. We recently had Jeff out again to help us get started on a new siding replacement job on our current home and he was nothing but professional and kind to us. We were able to get everything reviewed and signed for in about an hour with full details and instructions for how the process works. The siding job also has a “LIFETIME” warranty for as long as we live in this house which is awesome. People in this BUCKS County area should only use Munz for all roofing and siding work because they are so easy to work with and just nice people that you can trust.

Everyone was professional and polite. My roof turned out amazing amazing and I couldn't be happier. Have not had a single leak since installation. Everyone in my neighborhood always comments how good our roof looks and we tell them Munz did it. Dan was super nice and helpful with any questions we had. Our sales associate, Brian, was great at explaining and showing us how they install and all the materials they use. We were sold after his visit. We could not be happier with our roof and Munz.

I highly recommend this company for your kitchen or home remodel. We hired them to do a complete renovation of our 1990’s kitchen. We bought a house that needed to be entirely renovated and did most of the work ourselves, but didn’t want to do all the work of renovating a kitchen. Our old kitchen was complete with carpeted flooring and soffits.When we first met with the company, Brian reviewed their process thoroughly and showed us all of their licenses and qualifications which made me feel safe in their hands. We signed our contract that day and waited for our cabinets to arrive. The longest part of the process was waiting for the cabinets, but since that is the usual these days we were fine with that. They were well worth the wait. The cabinets are solid wood with beautiful dovetail drawers and soft close hinges. After the cabinets were in, work began within a week.Michael and his crew came in and demo’d our kitchen in two days. They were so neat and thorough. There was barely any dust in the other rooms surrounding my kitchen, and they had ripped up the floors, taken out the soffits, and all of the drywall. Michael always explained the next steps of our project and any issues he ran into.The entire process ran very smoothly between waiting for the town to come out and do inspections. Michael and his crew always communicated with us so that we knew what days he would be working at our house and what time he would arrive. Any 5 star employee that came to our home was extremely respectful and kind to us and our property.Not only did the work come out beautiful, but their kitchen selection website was very helpful in choosing what we wanted for our new kitchen. Overall we had a great experience with this company and are considering hiring them again for a bathroom remodel. Our new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous complete with white cabinets that reach the ceiling, gold pendant lights, gray marble flooring, and beautiful marble backsplash. All tile work was done to perfection.

We chose 5 star for our exterior remodel. Mike was professional and very helpful in helping us choose the type, style, and colors for our siding and doors.The crew that did the work were also professional and very thorough with their work. Everything came out beautifully and installed correctly. No cutting corners with these gentlemen.The price was a little higher than some other contractors, but the quality of material and quality in their workmanship was worth it.One door was delivered with the incorrect glass (distributor issue), but remedied quickly.
